M-Wall and Tarkett will join their forces<\/h2>\n

M-Wall and Tarkett will join forces from now on to jointly offer wall panels in the international market.\u00a0Tarkett, a worldwide leader in innovative and sustainable flooring and sports surface solutions, announces acquiring a majority stake in M-Wall, the specialist in the field of high-quality protection solutions.<\/p>\n

M-Wall has developed unique expertise using PET as component for wall panels while meeting highest fire tests (Bs1-d0). As PET is easily recyclable and allows for better hygiene and easier cleaning, this new offering fully aligns with Tarkett\u2019s sustainability roadmap and commitment to support its clients in health and cleaning protocols.<\/p>\n

\u201cJoining forces with Tarkett is a natural step as we both support the healthcare and education communities with high quality and complementary offering,<\/em>\u201d added Michael Simon, Founder of M-Wall. \u201cOur clients will benefit from the expertise of two recognized players supported by Tarkett\u2019s long experience in these core segments, along with wide sales and operations footprint<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

With this strategic operation, Tarkett strengthens its offering primarily on the healthcare and education segments and complements its solution offering with wall panels and dedicated installation support. Tarkett can now offer floor to wall integrated solutions meeting the highest fire ratings (Bs1-d0) for polymer-based walls in the most stringent applications (operating theatres, cleanrooms, laboratories, high-traffic corridors).<\/p>\n

Tarkett becomes the one-stop provider of integrated offering and services for these most demanding and specific applications, requiring high-level installation skills.<\/p>\n
